本ポジションでは、チームを率いるPeople Managerとして組織を牽引するとともに、複雑な課題に対して解決策を導くProblem Solverとして活躍いただきます。技術・財務・法務など多岐にわたる部門と連携しながら、複数アセットの円滑な運営を推進いただく重要なポジションです。

主な業務内容

• 複数の発電所または大規模産業アセットの運営管理
• 技術、財務、法務、事業部門との部門横断的な調整・連携
• 運営上の課題やリスクへの対応、および解決策の推進
• 社内外ステークホルダーとの関係構築およびコミュニケーション
• アセットオーナーやパートナーとの協議・調整
• チームマネジメント、人材育成、および組織力強化

応募要件

• 発電所、エネルギー、インフラ、または大規模製造プラントにおける運営経験
• 単一サイトではなく、複数アセットを管理・支援した経験
• ピープルマネジメントの実務経験
• 複雑な課題を整理し、解決へ導く高い問題解決能力
• 財務・法務・技術部門との調整経験
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力およびステークホルダーマネジメント能力
• ビジネスレベルの日本語・英語力

Operations Senior Manager (Asset Management)

We are looking for a seasoned operations leader to oversee a portfolio of power generation and industrial infrastructure assets.

This role is ideal for a strong people manager who enjoys leading teams and a natural problem solver who can navigate complex operational challenges. You will work across technical, finance, legal, and business functions to ensure the smooth operation of multiple assets while managing key stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operational management of multiple power generation or industrial assets.
• Coordinate across technical, finance, legal, and commercial teams.
• Lead the resolution of complex operational issues and drive effective decision-making.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as a key liaison with asset owners, partners, and service providers.
• Lead, mentor, and develop teams to foster a high-performance culture.

• Experience managing operations within power generation, energy, infrastructure, or large-scale industrial environments.
• Proven experience overseeing multiple assets rather than a single facility.
• Strong people management and leadership capabilities.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex situations and competing priorities.
• Experience working collaboratively across technical, financial, and legal functions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
