■仕事について大手企業の経営層・事業部門と直接向き合い、難易度が高く、事業へのインパクトが大きいテーマに取り組んでいただきます。提案して終わりではなく、組織や業務、人材育成まで踏み込み、クライアント自身が変革を進められる状態をつくるところまでが私たちの仕事です。

給与・待遇

■募集要項

• 勤務地：東京都港区三田3-2-8 THE PORTAL MITA 4階（転勤なし）。原則として出社または客先常駐、プロジェクトにより在宅勤務も可能です
• 雇用形態：正社員（試用期間3か月、期間中の条件は同一）
• 勤務時間：9:00〜18:00（プロジェクトにより変動あり）
• 年収：504万〜2,160万円（経験・スキルに応じて決定、昇給は年1回） Analyst 504万円〜／Consultant 756万円〜／Manager 1,080万円〜／Principal 1,560万円〜／Director 2,160万円〜
• 固定残業代：月45時間分（109,300円〜179,500円）を含みます。超過分は別途支給します
• 休日休暇：完全週休2日制（土日祝）、年間休日120日以上、年末年始休暇、年次特別休暇、産前産後休暇、育児休暇、有給休暇10〜20日

Lupinus is a consulting firm dedicated to driving business transformation for Japan's leading companies.

We specialize in developing strategies that grow our clients' revenue and profitability, and in supporting their execution. Starting from data and deep customer insight, we work alongside industry leaders in telecommunications, financial services, and beyond to shape their next stage of growth.

Since our founding in 2021, we have grown to around 70 people.

■ The Role

You will work directly with senior executives and business units at major companies, tackling complex challenges with significant business impact.

Our work doesn't end with recommendations. We go deep into organization, operations, and talent development, and stay engaged until our clients are able to drive transformation on their own.

■ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher

• Business-level Japanese

• No prior consulting experience required

■ Preferred Experience

• Identifying issues on your own and planning and executing new initiatives

• Analyzing data, synthesizing insights, and presenting recommendations to decision-makers

• Driving projects forward by engaging internal and external stakeholders

• On-the-job learning through real client projects, working closely with our leadership team

• Bi-weekly internal "Knowledge Exchange" sessions, Udemy access, and full reimbursement for books

*Members who joined without prior consulting experience received an average pay increase of approx. 20% (previous fiscal year).

■ Terms & Conditions

Location: THE PORTAL MITA 4F, 3-2-8 Mita, Minato-ku, Tokyo (no relocation). Work is primarily on-site at our office or client sites; remote work is possible depending on the project.

Employment type: Full-time, permanent (3-month probation with the same terms)

Working hours: 9:00–18:00 (may vary by project)

Annual salary: JPY 5.04M–21.6M (based on experience and skills; reviewed once a year)

Analyst JPY 5.04M+ / Consultant 7.56M+ / Manager 10.8M+ / Principal 15.6M+ / Director 21.6M+

Fixed overtime pay: Includes 45 hours of overtime per month (JPY 109,300–179,500). Overtime beyond this is paid separately.

Holidays & leave: Weekends and national holidays off, 120+ days off per year, year-end and New Year holidays, special annual leave, maternity leave, parental leave, 10–20 days of paid leave
