主な業務
- 海外契約（英文契約）審査・作成、法的なアドバイス（法的スキームの提案を含む）
- コミック、小説、ノンフィクション、ファッション、絵本、児童書等を元に、海外向けの新規ビジネス展開、既存ビジネスの拡大等をする際の法的相談対応（具体的には、映像化、動画、ゲームなどのコンテンツビジネス、自社IP事業、海外ブランディング等）
応募条件
- 英文契約に関する実務経験が豊富であること
- 法務として英文契約の作成・レビュー経験が２年以上あること
- ビジネスレベルの英語力があること
- 部署や会社の垣根を超えてスムーズに協業できるコミュニケーション能力があること
歓迎条件
- エンターテインメントビジネス、コンテンツビジネス、出版業界に知見、関心が深い方
- コンテンツ業界での英文契約起案またはレビュー経験がある方
- 法科大学院を修了されている方
- ビジネス著作権検定など、著作権に関連する資格をお持ちの方
