高校交換留学部署では、アメリカの現地高等学校（ローカルスクール）へ 1 学年間留学ができるプログラムを提供しています。

【業務内容】

• 資料請求者に対するコンタクト（個別カウンセリング、各種イベントへの誘致）
• 説明会、選考会など各種イベントの企画・運営
• プログラム参加生のスクリーニング全般（面接、筆記試験の実施）
• 出発前オリエンテーションの準備及び実施
• 渡航当日の空港でのサポート業務
• 現地スタッフとのコミュニケーション
• 留学中の参加生のサポート業務
• 帰国後のパーティ企画・運営

少数精鋭で、一人ひとりの裁量がとても多く、新しいキャンペーンやイベントのアイディアを実現するチャンスをもらえたり、日本を代表して海外カンフェレンスなどに出席したりします。

高校交換留学プログラムに参加する中高生との距離もとても近く、ファーストネームで呼び合うほど親密になります。留学前～帰国後と 1 年以上もの期間を担当するため、長期的かつ近い距離感で信頼関係構築をすることができます。

オフィスでは仕事柄、日常的に英語が飛び交うなど外資系の雰囲気が色濃く漂っています。コンサルタントとしても、留学前～帰国後の参加生のサポートにおいて、ほぼ毎日現地スタッフとのコミュニケーションが欠かせないため、英語力が活かせます。

【必須条件】

・大卒以上

・ B to C Salesの 経験１年以上

・社内会議に参加できる程度以上の英語力、 Full Fluent の日本語力

留学経験または海外に住んだことのある方（短期・長期問わず）
