Compute BDM

Job Purpose:

HPEストレージソフトウェアの事業成長を、リセラーとの計画策定、営業・技術コンピテンシーの育成、需要創出、デモ、プリセールスと連携したエンドユーザーPOCによって推進する営業スペシャリストです。ソフトウェア単体提案と、ソフトウェア、ストレージ、コンピュート、ネットワーク、GreenLake、サービスを組み合わせたプライベートクラウド提案の2つを軸に、再現可能な販売活動を構築します。

Responsibilities:

1. リセラー事業計画・成長施策

• 選定リセラーとのビジネスプラン策定

• ソフトウェア能力、顧客基盤、仮想化機会、プライベートクラウド準備度に基づくリセラー分析

• ターゲット顧客、パイプライン、育成、デモ・POC、認定目標の設定

• 定期レビューによる活動・案件・次アクションの管理

2. HPEソフトウェア販売戦略

• VM Essentials、Morpheus、Zerto、データサービス、ストレージソフトウェア案件の推進

• 仮想化代替、ストレージ近代化、自動化、クラウド運用ニーズの発掘

• 新規、更新、アタッチ、アップセル、クロスセルの販売活動

• ポジショニング、ヒアリング、ライセンス提案のリセラー支援

3. プライベートクラウド事業推進

• ソフトウェア、ストレージ、コンピュート、ネットワーク、GreenLake、サービスを統合した案件開発

• プリセールスと連携した構成、ワークロード、移行、ビジネスケースの検討

• Private Cloud Business Edition、Private Cloud Enterprise、Alletra MP、ProLiant、Aruba等を含む提案調整

• 仮想化コスト、モダナイゼーション、データガバナンス、運用簡素化等を起点とした商談開発

4. 営業・技術育成・認定支援

• 営業・技術スキル、認定、アクレディテーションの育成計画策定

• ワークショップ、認定準備、ブートキャンプ、ウェビナー、ハンズオンの実施

• HPE、Channel Academy、プリセールス、COEとの連携

• パートナーごとの進捗、課題、フォローアップ、案件転換の管理

5. デモ・POC推進

• パートナーおよび顧客向けデモの実施または調整

• プリセールスと連携したデモ環境、シナリオ、価値訴求、成功基準の設計

• 技術要件、範囲、日程、成功基準、リソースを含むPOC調整

• 顧客評価、技術課題、パートナー準備度、次アクションの記録

6. 顧客・エコシステム連携

• リセラー・HPEと共同した顧客ニーズの確認

• ISV、アライアンス、SIer、MSP、コンサルティングパートナーとの連携

• 顧客課題とPan-HPE提案、適切なリセラー能力のマッチング

• 市場需要、競合、パートナー能力、サービス機会のフィードバック

7. ガバナンス・KPI管理

• CRM、パイプライン、リセラー活動、認定、デモ、POCの正確な管理

• 事業計画、育成、案件、プライベートクラウド進捗の定期報告

• HPEおよび社内関係者とのガバナンスレビュー

• リセラー活性化、ソフトウェア成長、POC転換、Pan-HPE拡張に関するKPI管理

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

知識

• ビジネス、IT、工学系の学位、または同等の実務経験

• エンタープライズストレージ、仮想化、クラウド運用、プライベート／ハイブリッドクラウド、ソフトウェア型インフラ近代化の知識

経験

• ソフトウェア営業、ストレージ営業、パートナー事業開発、チャネル営業、技術営業、ハイブリッドクラウド営業の経験（目安5年以上）

• リセラー事業計画の策定とパートナー育成施策の実行経験

• デモ、技術ワークショップ、顧客POC、プリセールスとの案件推進経験

• 顧客の事業・技術関係者に対するソフトウェアまたはプライベートクラウド提案経験

• リセラー事業計画・パートナー活性化

• ソフトウェア・プライベートクラウドの価値提案

• 営業・技術コンピテンシー育成と認定管理
