業務内容

• クラブインターコンチネンタルマネージャーへの直接報告およびコミュニケーション
• IHGワンリワーズおよびインターコンチネンタルアンバサダー特典の提供
• VIPおよび常連ゲストのプロフィール管理
• ブランド基準に基づくチェックインおよびチェックアウト
• 客室の割り当て、アメニティ準備、特別リクエスト対応
• 月間アップセル目標の達成
• IHGワンリワーズの月間新規入会目標の達成
• ゲストおよび館内・他部署からの問い合わせ対応（電話、メール、対面）
• 朝食、アフタヌーンティー、カクテルサービスのサポート
• 現金取り扱いおよび銀行手続き
• 社員ハンドブックに基づいた行動、制服、外見、身だしなみの基準の維持
• クラブインターコンチネンタルチームとの毎日の部門運営会議への出席およびメトリクススコアへの理解

JOB OVERVIEW

The role of the Club InterContinental concierge is to offer exceptional hospitality and personalized services at our hotel's Club Lounge. You are required to create customized experiences tailored to the needs of each guest and ensure thoughtful attention to detail to help them enjoy a relaxing time. It is important to provide heartfelt service, with excellent communication skills, flexibility, and attentiveness, making every moment of their stay special.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Report directly to and communicate with the Club InterContinental Manager

• Provide IHG One Rewards and InterContinental Ambassador benefits and recognition

• Maintain profiles and information of VIPs and regular guests

• Conduct check-in and check-out processes according to brand standards

• Manage room assignments, amenities, and special requests for guests

• Achieve monthly upselling targets

• Meet monthly IHG One Rewards enrollment targets

• Respond to guest and inter-departmental inquiries (via phone, email, and in person)

• Support breakfast, afternoon tea, and cocktail service

• Handle cash and banking procedures

• Maintain standards of conduct, uniform, appearance, and grooming based on the employee handbook

• Attend daily departmental operations meetings with the Club InterContinental team and ensure knowledge of metrics scores and targets

• Japanese language skills are required.
