グループ全体のサステナビリティ情報開示と、サステナビリティ・データ・プラットフォーム（SDP）プログラムを推進していただきます。開示要件、事業部門、デジタル開発チームをつなぐ橋渡し役として、規制対応の強化、ESG評価の向上、そして意思決定に役立つ透明性の高い情報開示の実現に取り組んでいただきます。

主な業務

• グループ全体のサステナビリティ開示とSDP施策の推進
• GHQ（グローバル本社）、RHQ（地域統括会社）、事業会社、IT部門、外部パートナーと連携したプロジェクトの推進
• 開示要件への対応、データガバナンスと報告プロセスの高度化
• ESG評価機関（MSCI、FTSE Russell、Sustainalytics、CDP等）への対応と評価結果の分析を通じた、開示品質と評価の向上
• サステナビリティ報告・データマネジメントに関する中長期戦略の策定支援

必須要件

• サステナビリティ情報開示、ESGレポーティング、サステナビリティ戦略、または関連分野の実務経験
• CSRD、ISSB、SSBJ等の開示基準・規制に関する知識
• 部門横断またはグローバルプロジェクトの推進経験
• データガバナンス、報告プロセス、デジタルレポーティングに関する理解
• ESG評価機関（MSCI、FTSE Russell、Sustainalytics、CDP等）への対応経験
• ステークホルダーマネジメント力、分析力、プロジェクトマネジメント力
• ビジネスレベルの英語力（読み・書き・会話）

• 外部コンサルタントや第三者保証機関のマネジメント経験

待遇・条件

• 試用期間：4か月
• 就業時間：所定7時間30分（標準9:00〜17:30）、休憩60分、フレックスタイム制（コアタイムなし）
• 残業：あり（残業手当は一般社員のみ支給、管理職は対象外）
• 通勤手当：会社規定により支給
• 年間休日：123日（土日祝、年末年始）
• 年次有給休暇：入社時10日、最大20日

About the Role

You will lead the Group's sustainability disclosure initiatives and the Sustainability Data Platform (SDP) program. Acting as the bridge between disclosure requirements, business stakeholders, and digital platform teams, you will help the Group meet regulatory requirements, improve its ESG ratings, and deliver transparent, decision-useful sustainability reporting.

What You'll Do

• Lead group-wide sustainability disclosure initiatives and the SDP program.
• Drive projects with GHQ, RHQs, operating companies, IT teams, and external partners.
• Support compliance with disclosure requirements and strengthen data governance and reporting processes.
• Engage with and analyze ESG ratings (MSCI, FTSE Russell, Sustainalytics, CDP) to improve disclosure quality and scores.
• Help shape mid- to long-term strategy for sustainability reporting and data management.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in sustainability disclosure, ESG reporting, sustainability strategy, or a related field
• Knowledge of disclosure frameworks and regulations such as CSRD, ISSB, and SSBJ
• Experience leading cross-functional or global projects
• Understanding of data governance, reporting processes, and digital reporting solutions
• Experience responding to ESG ratings and assessments (e.g., MSCI, FTSE Russell, Sustainalytics, CDP)
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and project management skills
• Business-level English (reading, writing, speaking)

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to identify disclosure improvements through ESG ratings analysis
• Experience managing external consultants and assurance providers

Terms & Conditions

• Probation: 4 months
• Working hours: 7.5 hours/day (standard 9:00–17:30) with a 60-minute break; flextime with no core hours
• Overtime: May occur. Overtime pay applies to non-managerial employees only.
• Commuting allowance: Provided per company policy
• Annual holidays: 123 days (weekends, national holidays, year-end/New Year)
• Paid leave: 10 days on joining, increasing up to 20 days per year
• Special leave: Refresh, memorial, volunteer leave, etc.
• Insurance: Full Japanese social insurance (health, pension, employment, workers' compensation)
