業務内容
自社製産業設備およびシステム向けの電気制御設計
仕様書、部品リスト、配線図、展開接続図、ラダー図などの技術資料作成
取扱説明書、検査要領書、試運転関連資料、顧客向け報告書などのプロジェクト資料作成
制御盤製作工場でのラダープログラムのデバッグ、各種検査および立会対応
国内外の顧客先における試運転、運転指導、設備立ち上げ支援
トラブルシューティング、修理対応、機器交換作業などのアフターサービス業務
社内外の関係者と連携し、多様なプロジェクトにおける最適なエンジニアリングソリューションの提案・実現

Job Description
Design electrical control systems for proprietary industrial equipment and systems.
Prepare technical documentation including specifications, parts lists, wiring diagrams, connection diagrams, and ladder programs.
Create project-related documentation such as operation manuals, inspection procedures, commissioning documents, and client-required reports.
Conduct program debugging, factory acceptance activities, and witness inspections at control panel manufacturing facilities.
Support equipment commissioning, operational guidance, and start-up activities at customer sites in Japan and overseas.
Provide after-sales technical support including troubleshooting, repair coordination, replacement work, and on-site service activities.
Collaborate with internal teams and customers to develop practical and comprehensive engineering solutions for a variety of projects.

2D AutoCADを使用した作図・設計経験
PLCラダープログラミング、HMI画面設計、制御盤設計の実務経験
三菱、キーエンス、シーメンス、Allen-BradleyなどのPLCを使用した経験
技術仕様書や各種エンジニアリング文書の作成経験
高いコミュニケーション能力とチームワーク力
担当プロジェクトを主体的に推進できる方
新しい技術や産業機器に興味を持ち、国際的なプロジェクト環境で活躍したい方
試運転、検査、サービスサポートに伴う国内外出張に対応できる方
英語でのコミュニケーションができる方は歓迎

Qualifications
Experience using 2D AutoCAD for drafting and design work.
Practical experience in PLC ladder programming, HMI screen development, and control panel design.
Experience working with PLC platforms such as Mitsubishi, Keyence, Siemens, or Allen-Bradley.
Ability to prepare engineering documentation and technical specifications.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Capable of working independently while managing assigned projects and responsibilities.
Interest in new technologies, industrial products, and international project environments.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for commissioning, testing, and service support activities.
English communication skills are advantageous.
