募集要項

世界トップクラスのエンタープライズSaaS企業にて、Enterprise Account Executiveを募集しています。

大手企業に対する新規開拓営業を担当いただき、顧客の経営課題や業務課題を理解した上で、DX推進や業務改革に向けたソリューション提案を行っていただきます。

CIO・CFO・COOなどの経営層との関係構築を行いながら、社内外の関係者と連携し、アカウント戦略の立案からクロージングまでを推進いただくポジションです。

【主な業務内容】
・大手企業向け新規開拓営業
・CxO層とのリレーション構築
・アカウントプランニング
・ソリューション提案および契約交渉
・社内外の関係者を巻き込んだ案件推進

【応募要件】
・ソフトウェアまたはソリューション営業経験7年以上
・エンタープライズ営業経験
・新規開拓営業経験
・CxO層との折衝経験

スキル・資格

To be successful in this role you have:

Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
7+ years of sales experience within software OR solutions sales organization
Experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and other teams
Ability to produce new business, negotiate deals, and maintain healthy C-Level relationships
Experience achieving sales targets
The ability to understand the "bigger picture" and our plans around IT
Experience promoting a customer success focus in a "win as a team" environmen
