アッパーエレメンタリー・リードティーチャー｜Upper Elementary Lead Teacher

小学2〜5年生（8〜11歳）の子どもたちを対象に、英語による授業の計画・準備・指導を行います。複数学年のクラスを担当し、他の教員と協力しながら、一人ひとりの学びと成長をサポートします。

Plan, prepare, and deliver English-medium lessons for students in Grades 2–5 (ages 8–11). Lead a multi-age classroom and work collaboratively with the teaching team to support each student’s learning, development, and well-being.

• 授業の計画・準備・実施｜Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons
• 学習進度や成長の把握・サポート｜Monitor and support students’ learning and development
• クラス運営・児童の生活面のサポート｜Manage the classroom and support students’ daily needs
• 保護者とのコミュニケーション｜Communicate with families
