■ ポジション概要

デジタルアセットおよび伝統的金融市場に関連する取引オペレーションを統括し、取引照合、決済、資金管理などの業務を円滑に推進していただきます。

プライムブローカー、カストディアン、取引所などの外部関係者やグローバルチームと連携しながら、オペレーション体制の構築・改善、業務プロセスの効率化、チームマネジメントを担う重要なポジションです。

■ 主な業務内容

• 取引照合・ポジション管理：プライムブローカー、カストディアン、取引所などとの取引データおよびポジションの照合
• 決済業務：デジタルアセットおよび法定通貨に関する取引決済の管理・推進
• 資金管理：法定通貨・暗号資産の資金移動、口座残高のモニタリング、資金フローの管理
• カウンターパーティ対応：外部金融機関、カストディアン、取引関連事業者などとの調整
• 業務改善・効率化：オペレーションプロセスの見直し、自動化、ワークフローの最適化
• チームマネジメント：チームメンバーの管理・育成および業務品質の向上
• オペレーション体制の構築：事業の成長に対応した業務フローや管理体制の整備

■ 応募要件

• 暗号資産業界における実務経験3年以上
• マネジメント経験2年以上
• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：ビジネスレベル（読み書き・会話）

Trade Operations Manager | Digital Assets | Global Team | Hybrid Working

We are partnering with a newly established digital asset venture backed by a leading Japanese investment banking group to recruit a Trade Operations Manager .

The firm operates at the intersection of digital assets, investment platforms, and venture capital. Combining the agility of a growing venture with the support and credibility of a major financial group, it offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a global business in a rapidly evolving market.

Key Responsibilities

• Trade reconciliation and position management: Oversee trade and position reconciliations with prime brokers, custodians, exchanges, and other counterparties.
• Trade settlement: Coordinate and manage settlement processes across digital assets and fiat currencies.
• Treasury and fund flows: Monitor account balances and manage the movement of fiat currencies and digital assets.
• Counterparty management: Maintain effective working relationships with external financial institutions, custodians, and trading venues.
• Process improvement and automation: Streamline workflows, improve operational controls, and identify opportunities for automation.
• Team leadership: Manage and develop team members while maintaining high standards of operational accuracy and efficiency.
• Operational infrastructure: Help establish and enhance processes and controls to support the firm's continued growth.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in the cryptocurrency or digital asset industry.
• At least 2 years of management experience.
• Native-level Japanese proficiency.
• Business-level English proficiency, including written and spoken communication.

Experience in trade operations, settlement, treasury, or fund operations would be an advantage.
