We are looking for a Human Resources Staff member to support various HR functions and contribute to creating a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities
• Communicate with job applicants, coordinate interviews, and assist with onboarding preparations
• Prepare internal documents and HR-related materials
• Provide support for labor and employee relations administration
• Assist with new employee orientation and onboarding processes
• Support other day-to-day HR operations as needed

・PC（Word. Excel. PowerPoint. Outlook）の基本操作が可能な方

・コミュニケーション能力のある方

・人事業務経験者（労務または採用どちらでも可）

・事務職経験者

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong organizational and administrative skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Human Resources (either recruitment or employee relations/payroll administration)
• Administrative or office support experience
• Experience working in the hospitality industry is a plus
