事業拡大に伴い、物流現場で稼働するロボットオペレーションをサポートし、遠隔サポートオペレーターの組織化・効率化・オペレーション品質をリードするポジションを募集します。

業務内容

• 国内複数の物流センターで稼働するロボットの稼働監視およびコールサポート
• エスカレーション対応
• KPI管理、業務改善・品質向上施策の立案、実行
• 各種トレーニングの企画
• 海外オペレーションチームへのトレーニング

勤務条件

• 勤務地:東京都大田区平和島(流通センター駅 徒歩5分/京急平和島駅からバス約5分/JR浜松町駅からモノレールで約10分、都心からもアクセス良好)
• 勤務時間:10:00〜19:00
• 休日:週休2日
• 雇用形態:正社員
• 年収:¥3,500,000〜¥5,900,000

• 日本語ネイティブレベル、英語対応可能な方
• ハンズオンでオペレーション構築経験がある方
• オペレーション管理・チームリーダー/SV経験がある方歓迎
• ロボット・機械・AI関連業務、物流業界に関心がある方歓迎

About the Company

Telexistence is a University of Tokyo-founded startup with a mission to "change robots, change structures, change the world," developing teleoperated and AI-powered robots and building businesses around this technology. TX Operations is part of the Telexistence group.

As we expand our business, we are looking for someone to support robot operations at logistics sites, organizing and improving efficiency for our remote support operator team while leading operational quality.

Responsibilities

• Monitor robot operations and provide call support across multiple domestic logistics centers
• Handle escalations
• Manage KPIs and plan/execute operational and quality improvement initiatives
• Plan various training programs
• Train overseas operations teams

Work Conditions

• Location: Heiwajima, Ota-ku, Tokyo (5-min walk from Ryutsu Center Station / ~5-min bus from Keikyu Heiwajima Station / ~10-min monorail from JR Hamamatsucho Station, easily accessible from central Tokyo)
• Hours: 10:00–19:00
• Days off: 2 days/week
• Employment type: Full-time
• Annual salary: ¥3,500,000–¥5,900,000

Requirements

• Native-level Japanese, business-level English
• Hands-on experience building operations from scratch
• Experience in operations management or as a team leader/SV welcome
• Interest in robotics, machinery, AI, or logistics welcome
