あなたにお任せするのは、そんな空間をゼロから創り上げること。音楽、食、文化、空間演出。すべてを掛け合わせて「また来たい」と思ってもらえる特別な時間をプロデュースしてください！

[仕事内容]
＼ SNSプロモーション×イベント企画の最前線！業界大手ホテルで経験を活かしませんか？ ／ イベント企画やプロモーション、SNS運用まで幅広く担当。
具体的には
飲食部門と連携したプロモーション企画・実行
季節イベントやテーマイベントの企画・予算管理・運営指示
自社・予約サイトの更新と効果分析、KPI設計
Instagram等のコンテンツ制作・投稿・エンゲージメント分析
写真・動画の撮影手配、社外パートナーとの調整
プレスリリースや広報サポート、メディア対応 など

来場数が増加 例えばこんなイベントがあります！

• メキシカンフェア

タコスをはじめ、南米各国のフードやパン、
カクテルを楽しめる人気企画

• サンバ・ナイト

音楽とパフォーマンスで一気に盛り上がる非日常空間

今後は、日本の魅力を海外ゲストに向けて
積極的に発信していきたいと考えています！
Japanナイトや夏祭りフェス、
ハロウィーンナイトなどを企画してください！

企画から運営までを一貫して1人で担当。
自らの施策を形にし、ダイナミックさや幅広い経験を得られます。
入社後の流れ
入社後まずは、マリオットグループならではの
イベント企画ルールや社内オペレーションに
関する基礎研修があります。

その後1ヶ月を目安に、
毎週あるDJナイトなど既存のイベントからお任せし、
大規模なカウントダウンイベントなどを
徐々に担当していただきます。
