調理スタッフ・として、店舗での調理・キッチン業務全般をお任せします。

• 食材の仕込み・下準備
• メニューに沿った調理
• フィッシュ&チップスなどの料理の調理・盛り付け
• オーダーに応じた料理の提供
• 食材の在庫・品質管理
• キッチン内の清掃・整理整頓
• 食品衛生・安全管理
• キッチンスタッフとの連携・業務サポート
• スタッフとの連携
• 開店・閉店作業
• その他、キッチン業務全般

Your Responsibilities

As a Chef / Kitchen Staff member, you will be responsible for a range of cooking and kitchen duties, including:

• Preparing ingredients and mise en place
• Cooking dishes according to our menu and recipes
• Preparing and plating Fish & Chips and other menu items
• Preparing orders efficiently and maintaining consistent food quality
• Managing food stock and ingredient quality
• Keeping the kitchen clean and organized
• Maintaining food hygiene and safety standards
• Supporting and working closely with the kitchen team
• Communicating with the Front of House team
• Opening and closing kitchen duties
• Other general kitchen and cooking duties

From the UK Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka to the heart of Osaka!

Our Fish & Chips was served at the UK Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka, and now we are bringing it to the streets of Osaka!

We are looking for a Chef / Kitchen Staff member to join our Fish & Chips restaurant at Time Out Market Osaka, Grand Green Osaka.

As our restaurant is directly connected to a hotel, we welcome guests from around the world. You will have the opportunity to prepare and serve British-inspired food for an international audience while working alongside team members from different countries.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys cooking, working in a team, and being part of an international hospitality environment.

Who We're Looking For

• Restaurant or food service cooking experience required.
• Enjoys cooking and working with food
• Has an interest in cooking and kitchen operations
• Has an interest in Fish & Chips, British food, or international food culture
• Enjoys working as part of a team
• Can work positively in a fast-paced environment
• Is able to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Understands the importance of food hygiene and safety
• Wants to work in an international environment
• Is interested in using Japanese at work
• Can communicate in basic Japanese
• Has restaurant, hotel, or kitchen experience — welcome
• Has previous cooking experience — welcome
• Is reliable, motivated, and willing to learn
• Is legally authorized to work in Japan

勤務時間・曜日:

勤務時間：

実働8時間＋休憩1時間（拘束9時間） シフト制 8:30～18:30、11:30～20:30、13:30～22:30 など ※その他シフトあり

勤務曜日：

シフト制 土日祝を含むシフト制

休日：

週休2日制（シフト制）
