社内ユーザーからのPC・システムに関する問い合わせ対応
社内PCのキッティングおよび各種サポート
コールセンターCRMの障害切り分け、メーカーへのエスカレーション・対応調整
自社システムの障害受付、状況確認、ベンダーコントロール
社内ネットワーク障害の一次受付、回線業者への相談・改善対応
各種申請書の内容確認・振り分け
専用システムへのデータ入力
電話設定などの社内IT環境整備
メール・電話による社内問い合わせ対応

社会人経験
事務業務の実務経験
Microsoft Excel、Word、PowerPointの使用経験
Excel関数を使用した資料作成・修正経験
キッティング業務の経験
