社内システムの操作方法に関するサポート
Boxに関するお問い合わせ対応
ID・パスワードのリセット対応
各種申請書の受付・回付
FAQや業務マニュアルの作成・更新
問い合わせ内容の整理・ナレッジの蓄積
よりスムーズなサポートを実現するための業務改善
PCに関する問い合わせ対応だけでなく、FAQやマニュアルの整備・改善にも携われるため、ITサポートとして対応力や業務改善スキルをさらに伸ばせる環境です
