インフラ部署にて、クライアントPCやサーバーPCのキッティング、ヘルプデスク業務などをお任せします。
【PCキッティング】
クライアントPCの初期設定・キッティング
手順書に沿ったPCのセットアップ
月10台程度のキッティング対応を想定
PCの動作確認・必要な設定作業
【ヘルプデスク】
PC・ネットワークに関する問い合わせ対応
通信トラブル発生時の一次切り分け
pingコマンドなどを使用した通信状況の確認
障害状況の確認・原因の切り分け
必要に応じた関係部署へのエスカレーション
【サーバーPC】
サーバーPCのキッティング
初期設定・セットアップ
動作確認などのサポート業務
求めている人材
- ️必須スキル・経験
PCの基本操作・基本的なIT知識
PCキッティングまたはヘルプデスクの実務経験
Windows PCに関する基本的な知識
