業務内容
大手金融機関のITシステム保守・運用業務を対象に、
ServiceNowを活用した業務の標準化・効率化を推進します。
現行の運用課題整理、ServiceNowのシステム構成検討、技術的支援、関係者との調整、PM推進支援を行います。
必須スキル
・ServiceNowの機能・構成に関する知見
・顧客の業務要件を整理し、ServiceNowの活用方法に落とし込んだ経験
・PMや顧客、ベンダーなどの関係者と連携しながら業務を推進できること
尚可スキル
・CSA、CIS-ITSM、CIS-ITOMなどのServiceNow認定資格
