企業のDXや生成AI活用が急速に進む中、AIエージェントと既存業務システムの連携や、エンドツーエンドの業務プロセス自動化に対するニーズが急増しています。

本ポジションでは、Microsoft Power Platformを中核に、AIエージェントと基幹・業務システムを組み合わせた高度な業務自動化ソリューションの設計・開発をリードしていただきます。

■仕事内容：Power Platformエンジニアとして業務プロセスの自動化・AIエージェント連携をリード

・Power Automateを活用した申請・承認フローおよび業務プロセスの設計・開発

・Power Appsを活用した業務アプリケーションの設計・開発

・Dataverseを活用したデータモデル・データ連携の設計

・Copilot Studioと業務システムを連携させたAIエージェント業務フローの開発

・SharePoint、Teams、Dynamics 365等とのシステム連携

・REST APIおよびカスタムコネクタの開発

・業務要件の整理・分析および自動化対象プロセスの選定・設計

・開発環境・本番環境の管理（ALM）、テスト、運用改善

単なるシステム開発にとどまらず、顧客の業務フローを深く理解した要件定義や業務改善の提案から設計・開発・導入まで上流工程から一貫して関与できます。ローコード開発のスピード感とプロコード（Azure Functions等）の柔軟性を組み合わせた最適なシステム構成を自ら設計できるほか、生成AIを実業務に組み込む最先端のソリューション開発に携わることができます。

< Role Overview >

As enterprises accelerate digital transformation, there is surging demand for end-to-end workflow automation combining autonomous AI agents with existing enterprise systems.

Through our collaborative AI co-creation lab, we deploy practical AI architectures that solve critical business challenges. In this role, you will leverage Microsoft Power Platform and AI agent integrations to architect and implement transformative enterprise automation systems.

■ Responsibilities: Leading Enterprise Workflow Automation & System Integration as a Power Platform Engineer

・Design and build automated workflows and approval pipelines using Power Automate.

・Architect and develop enterprise applications utilizing Power Apps.

・Design data models and data integration pipelines using Dataverse.

・Develop integrations connecting Copilot Studio AI agents with line-of-business systems.

・Build system integrations with SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, and related platforms.

・Develop custom connectors and REST APIs.

・Analyze enterprise workflows, define business requirements, and design automated processes.

・Manage ALM environments, testing frameworks, and continuous delivery improvements.

(High Impact & Autonomy: Engage from upstream requirement analysis and business process optimization to production rollout. Lead technical architecture by bridging rapid low-code delivery with extensible pro-code engineering.)

[Must-have]

・Hands-on practical development experience in at least one of the following:

・Experience in data design and operation using Dataverse
