二、工作关系 Work Relationship 三、岗位目的 /工作综述 Position Purpose / General Description This position is responsible for new product developments ， product safe launch as well as q ualification and i ntroduction of new materials , refining process parameters to improve product in cost/quality/efficiency, leading process trouble shooting within workshop, and providing technical supports to production to achieve on-time delivery targets.

• Responsible for engineering trial efficiency while taking key trial elements into consideration and make DOE

• To develop all technical documents for new products (e.g. product set-up sheet) and update timely

六、任职资格 Qualification 教育背景 Education Background BS Engineering or equivalent

专业要求 Major Major in mechanical engineering , plastic engineering or c hemistry-related Major

工作经验 Work Experience Over 3 years working experience in extrusion, plastics processing, rubber processing, injection molding industries experience is also acceptable .

3 年以上挤出、塑料、橡胶加工工作经验、注塑行业工作经验亦可。

培训经历 Training Experience

• S ix sigma /lean training

6 sigm a/ 精益培训

• ISO system training

知识 、 技能及等级要求 Knowledge/ Skill and Level Requirement 知识要求 Knowledge Requirement ：

• Rich experience in mechanical engineering or plastic engineering

具有丰富的机械工程或塑料工程经验

• G ood oral and written English is plus

英语口语和书面表达能力良好者优先

• Familiar with LEAN & QCC, 6 sigma experience is plus

熟悉精益和质量控制，有 6 西格玛经验者优先
