仕事内容 カスタマー・ロジスティクス担当シニアマネージャーは、複数の物流機能およびチームを統括し、業務品質、生産性、顧客満足度、財務実績の向上を推進するポジションです。社内外のステークホルダーと連携しながら、物流戦略の実行、継続的改善、パートナー管理、人材育成を通じて、安定的かつ効率的なオペレーションの実現をリードします。

• 輸送、配送業者管理、在庫管理、梱包、設備・保守、プロジェクト遂行など、カスタマー・ロジスティクスに関わる複数機能を統括する。
• サービス、品質、コスト、生産性に関する目標達成に向け、部門戦略および事業優先事項を実行する。
• マネージャーおよびチームメンバーの育成、コーチング、パフォーマンス・マネジメントを通じて、高い組織力と従業員エンゲージメントを醸成する。
• 業務改善、変革施策、自動化・物流テクノロジー導入を推進し、期待されるビジネス成果の実現を支援する。
• KPI、予算、ベンダー管理、社内外ステークホルダー連携、コンプライアンス・安全管理を通じて、持続可能で高品質な物流オペレーションを確保する。

必要なスキル・経験 ・サプライチェーン、物流、輸送、配送、フルフィルメント関連の実務経験7年以上

・D2C（消費者向け直販）物流・配送・フルフィルメント業務、サプライチェーン領域におけるチームマネジメント経験5年以上

・在庫管理、品質管理、業務パフォーマンス管理に関する深い知識に加え、業務改善、プロセス最適化、プロジェクト推進の実績を有する方

・配送業者、運送会社、3PL等の外部物流パートナーとの協業経験があり、契約管理、ベンダーマネジメント、サービスレベル管理、物流システム（WMS、TMS、WCS、YMS等）に関する実務知識を有する方

・ネイティブレベルの日本語およびビジネスレベルの英語力

Your Opportunity, Your Team The Customer Logistics Operations Leader is responsible for leading multiple operations teams within the Customer Logistics function and driving the achievement of topline, bottom-line, and key business KPIs through stable and efficient logistics operations.

Where You'll Work

• This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Sakura Distribution Center daily.

What You'll Do The Senior Manager, Customer Logistics leads multiple logistics functions and teams to drive operational quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, this role is responsible for executing logistics strategy, driving continuous improvement, managing partners, and developing talent to ensure stable and efficient operations.

• Lead multiple functions within Customer Logistics, including transportation, carrier management, inventory control, packing, facilities and maintenance, and project execution.
• Execute departmental strategies and business priorities to achieve targets related to service, quality, cost, and productivity.
• Develop managers and team members through coaching, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives to build a high-performing organization.
• Drive operational improvements, transformation initiatives, and the implementation of automation and logistics technologies to deliver expected business results.
• Ensure sustainable, high-quality logistics operations through KPI management, budget oversight, vendor management, cross-functional collaboration, and compliance and safety management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in supply chain, logistics, transportation, delivery, or fulfillment operations
• 5+ years of team management experience in D2C (direct-to-consumer) logistics, delivery, fulfillment operations, or the broader supply chain field
• Deep knowledge of inventory management, quality management, and operational performance management, with proven experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, and project execution
• Experience collaborating with external logistics partners such as carriers, transport companies, and 3PLs, with practical knowledge of contract management, vendor management, service level management, and logistics systems such as WMS, TMS, WCS, and YMS
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency
