Responsibilities 自動運転技術の最前線で、システムレベルの検証・妥当性確認を統括する

【System Validation Technical Project Manager】 を募集します。

次世代のモビリティを支える自動駐車アシスタントシステムチームの所属となります。

━━ ポジションについて ━━ 本ポジションでは、SIL/HIL/実車環境でのテスト戦略の立案から、実行・評価・改善まで、システムバリデーション領域全体を技術的・組織的にリードいただきます。

また、顧客対応も含めたプロジェクトQCT（品質・コスト・納期）達成の責任者として、グローバル開発チームと密に連携します。

■具体的な業務内容

• システムバリデーションサブプロジェクトの全体戦略立案・実行・進捗管理
• テストリソース（人・環境・ツール・予算）を最適に計画・活用し、顧客マイルストーンに向けて高品質なアウトプットを提供
• テストチーム（System Test Leads、Integration Leads等）を横断的にリード
• テスト戦略策定・レビュー・改善の継続的実施

Requirements ■必須

• 10年以上のプロジェクトマネジメントの経験（計画立案・進捗・予実管理）
• システム検証・妥当性確認（V&V）領域での実務経験
• テスト戦略設計やプロセス運用に関する知識
• リスクベーステストやFMEAの理解と活用経験
• ASPICEなどのプロセスモデルに関する知識
• ビジネス上級レベルの英語スキル
