Overview Moncler及びStone Islandの採用シニアスペシャリストとして、コーポレート部門・店舗部門の採用を統括し、採用戦略の立案から実行をリードしていただきます。ピュアな採用業務のみならず、研修やオンボーディング等のプロジェクトにも関わっていただき、採用＋αの業務を担当して頂く予定です。

Your Impact

グループのコーポレート部門及び店舗採用全般
採用・キャリアページ、リンクトインでの採用の仕組み構築と採用管理システム・エージェントネットワークの再構築・採用コスト低減とプロセス効率化
組織開発・エンゲージメントサーベイの実施とフォロー・社内公募制度の運用と管理・シェアードサービス組織の構築準備
プラスα：HQ主導もしくは日本発信のプロジェクトマネジメント（オンボーディング、研修関連等）

Qualifications

採用の経験５年以上 (エージェントでの経験も可)
リテールビジネスまたはファッション業界にて採用経験がある方尚可
高い論理的な思考能力とコミュニケーション能力
クリエイティビティのある方
ビジネスレベルの英語力
