仕事内容:

①TPMエンジニア要件】

■必須経験（Must）

サーバ／ストレージ機器の保守・運用経験（2年以上目安）

障害対応（一次切り分け～復旧）の実務経験

顧客対応（報告・調整・説明）の経験

※運用監視のみは対象外（実機に触っていることが前提）

■必須スキル（Must）

HW交換対応（Disk / PSU / FAN / Memory / Controller など）

サーバ基礎知識（Linux / Windows）

障害切り分け（ログ確認・原因特定・エスカレーション判断）

手順書に基づいた正確な作業遂行

■歓迎スキル（Nice to have）

仮想化（VMware / Hyper-V）

ネットワーク基礎（CCNAレベル）

リモート対応（iDRAC / iLO / SSH）

英語（簡単な読み書き）

■人物要件

状況判断して主体的に動ける

トラブル時でも冷静に対応できる

顧客・CC・PMOと適切にコミュニケーションできる

事実ベースで正確に報告できる

即戦力：HW交換経験あり／DC経験あり／単独で障害対応可能

• TPM Engineer

Requirements

Must-Have Experience

• Experience in maintenance and operation of servers and storage equipment, ideally for at least two years
• Hands-on experience in incident response, from initial troubleshooting to recovery
• Experience in customer communication, including reporting, coordination, and explanation

Must-Have Skills

• Hardware replacement experience, including Disk, PSU, FAN, Memory, Controller, etc.
• Basic server knowledge, including Linux and Windows
• Troubleshooting skills, including log review, root cause identification, and escalation decision-making
• Ability to perform tasks accurately based on procedures and manuals

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Virtualization experience, such as VMware or Hyper-V
• Basic network knowledge, equivalent to CCNA level
• Remote support experience, such as iDRAC, iLO, or SSH

Language

Japanese :smooth communication with customers and internal stakeholders in Japanese.

Basic English reading and writing skills

Expected Level

• Immediate contributor: Has hardware replacement experience, data center experience, and can handle incidents independently
• Semi-immediate contributor: Has operations experience and some hardware experience, and can provide onsite support with instructions
• Training-level candidate: Has basic IT knowledge and physical work experience, such as electrical or facilities-related work
