We're looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to help shape the online experience across our growing portfolio of brands.

This is an opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects—from e-commerce stores and tourism websites to corporate branding and digital experiences that reach customers globally.

＜What You'll DoUX/UI Design＞

• Design intuitive and engaging user experiences
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Improve customer journeys and conversion funnels
• Conduct user-focused design improvements

１．Website Design:

• Design and optimize company websites
• Create landing pages for new products and experiences
• Improve usability and overall user experience
• Collaborate with developers and marketing teams

２．E-Commerce Design:

• Design and optimize Shopify storefronts
• Improve product pages and shopping experiences
• Create high-converting checkout flows
• Enhance customer engagement and retention

３．Brand & Visual Design:

• Maintain design consistency across brands
• Develop visual assets and digital content
• Support marketing campaigns and product launches
• Help strengthen brand identity across digital channels

４．Collaboration:

• Work closely with leadership, marketing, operations, and development teams
• Translate business objectives into effective digital experiences
• Participate in strategic discussions around growth and customer experience

Permanent employee

【Salary】
¥300,000 – ¥500,000 per month

We're looking for designers who combine creativity with business thinking!

【Required Qualifications】

• Business-Level Japanese
• Business-Level English

【Preferred Qualifications】

• Experience in UX/UI Design
• Experience designing websites and digital products
• Experience with Shopify or e-commerce platforms
• Experience using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar tools
• Knowledge of conversion optimization and customer experience design
• Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first experiences
