Description 職務概要

このポジションは、食品、日用品商材を中心に担当し、担当カテゴリーの戦略構築、新製品や季節に応じた品揃えの最適化、商品企画開発、売上・利益の最大化を目指します。また、お客様の利便性および満足度の向上にも責任を負い、効率的なオペレーションを追求します。これらを達成するために、戦略に基づく最適な商品仕入れを行うとともに、ウェブを活用した販売計画の策定、旬のアイテムの販売促進・宣伝（ブランディング）を企画・実行します。

事業の方針に基づき、担当業務を自立的に行います。

職務内容詳細

• 担当商品カテゴリーの売上・利益目標の設定と進捗管理

担当商品カテゴリーの戦略構築、売上・利益目標を設定、または提案を行い、その実行プロセスを管理します。

• 販売データ・市場領域動向の分析と、それに基づく販売戦略の立案、実施、改善

販売データ・市場領域動向分析を行い、販売戦略を立案し、それを実行するとともに、必要に応じた改善、または改善提案を行います。

• 最適な仕入れ先の選定・開拓と、仕入れ条件の最適化

仕入れ先の開拓・選定に関する分析を行い、仕入れ計画を立案し、それを実行します。

• ディストリビューター/メーカーとの強力なパートナーシップの確立

日頃からの円滑かつタイムリーなコミュニケーションを通じて、ディストリビューター/メーカーとのパートナーシップの確立・強化を行います。

• ウェブを活用したプロモーションプランの企画、立案、販売（対メーカー）

関係者との協働を通じて、ウェブを活用したプロモーション計画を立案し、それを実行します。

• 社内関連部署との連携

社内関連部署（事業部長、在庫管理担当者、ウェブ制作担当者、出品者事業担当者、およびマーケティング部門など）と密接に連携し、効率化と高質化を目指しながら上記の各業務を遂行します。

• プロジェクトへの参画

部門全体に影響を及ぼす大小さまざまなプロジェクトに参画し、プロジェクトをリード、あるいはメンバーとして貢献・実績を残します。

Basic Qualifications

• 学士以上の学位 / Bachelor's degree
• Excel使用経験3年以上 / 3+ years of with Excel experience
• リテール、オペレーション、プロダクトマネジメント、プログラムマネジメント、またはビジネスマネジメント・コンサルティングにおける交渉の経験5年以上 / 5+ years of retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiations and delivering results experience
• 財務分析およびP&L管理の経験 / Experience with financial analysis and P&L ownership
• ビジネスレベル以上の日本語力（読み書き・会話） / Japanese language at business level or above (writing, reading, speaking)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing large data sets and utilizing to drive performance and process improvements
• Experience in vendor negotiations, pricing and promotion, inventory management, and product development
• English language skills
