IT Infrastructure Engineer 資訊基礎架構工程師

ᴘᴜʀᴘᴏsᴇ ᴏғ ᴛʜɪs ᴘᴏsɪᴛɪᴏɴ We are looking for a team member with a solid foundation in computer and server concepts, and a genuine passion for IT infrastructure and virtualization technologies. In this role, you will support our senior engineers in managing our VMware and Proxmox VE virtualization farms, server operating systems, and day-to-day network operations. This is an excellent hands-on learning opportunity where you will gain exposure to enterprise-grade data center architecture and automated operations workflows.

ᴍᴀᴊᴏʀ ᴀʀᴇᴀs ᴏғ ʀᴇsᴘᴏɴsɪʙɪʟɪᴛʏ － Virtualization Platform Support: Assist with the daily creation, monitoring, resource allocation, and snapshot management of virtual machines on VMware (ESXi / vCenter) and Proxmox VE.

－ Server & OS Management: Support routine maintenance, security patching, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting of Windows and Linux servers.

－ Basic Network Support: Help resolve basic network connectivity issues, maintain IP planning records, and perform basic status checks and maintenance of switches and VLANs.

－ Daily Operations & Inspection: Perform system health checks, verify backup status, carry out initial filtering of alert events, and report anomalies.

－ Asset & Documentation Management: Maintain the IT equipment inventory, and keep architecture diagrams and operational SOP documents up to date.

ᴊᴏʙ ʀᴇǫᴜɪʀᴇᴍᴇɴᴛꜱ －Experience: 1–2 years of relevant IT experience. (Outstanding recent graduates from IT-related programs, or self-motivated technology enthusiasts with strong self-learning ability, are also welcome.)

－Virtualization Exposure: Hands-on experience with, or exposure to, VMware vSphere, Proxmox VE, or other virtualization technologies.

－Hardware Fundamentals: A working understanding of computer hardware architecture, BIOS/UEFI, RAID configuration, and basic server concepts.

－OS Fundamentals: Familiarity with the basic operations and commands of Windows Server or Linux (e.g., Ubuntu, CentOS, Rocky Linux).

－Networking Fundamentals: A basic grasp of networking concepts (e.g., IP subnetting, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and the basic operation of routing and switching).

－Attitude & Aptitude: Strong problem-solving logic, resilience under pressure, curiosity about new technologies, and a willingness to get hands-on.

ɴɪᴄᴇ ᴛᴏ ʜᴀᴠᴇꜱ －Basic shell scripting ability (e.g., Bash, PowerShell) to automate routine tasks.

－Relevant IT certifications, such as CompTIA Network+, Linux Essentials, or VCP.

－Cisco-related certifications, such as CCNA or CCNP.

－Familiarity with AI Agents and the ability to apply AI-powered tools or agent-based workflows to assist with operations and automation.

－Cloud management experience with platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
