행정보좌관 (Administration Assistant Manager)

A. 기관 소개

국내외 쌀가공식품 산업 육성과 해외 판로 개척을 선도하는 글로벌 비즈니스 지원 기관입니다. 한국 식품의 말레이시아 및 ASEAN 시장 진출을 위한 현지 거점(비즈니스 센터)을 운영 중이며, 회원사 제품 홍보, 바이어 매칭, 현지 시장 정보 제공 및 유통·수출 연계 지원 등 다각적인 글로벌 사업을 전개하고 있습니다.

B. 핵심 업무

1. 비즈니스센터 및 전시제품 운영·관리
   비즈니스센터의 전반적인 운영을 관리하고 전시제품을 체계적으로 관리합니다.
2. 회원사·바이어 방문 및 상담 지원
   회원사 및 바이어의 센터 방문을 지원하고 제품 및 사업 관련 상담을 지원합니다.
3. 바이어 정보 및 상담기록 관리
   방문 바이어 정보를 관리하고 상담 내용을 체계적으로 기록·관리합니다.
4. 온라인 홍보 및 SNS 운영
   SNS 등 온라인 채널을 활용하여 한국 쌀가공식품 및 회원사 제품의 홍보 활동을 추진합니다.
5. 현지 쌀가공식품 시장조사
   말레이시아 현지 온·오프라인 쌀가공식품 시장 및 유통 동향을 조사하고 관련 정보를 수집합니다.
6. 센터 운영실적 관리
   비즈니스센터의 운영 실적 및 관련 자료를 기록하고 관리합니다.
7. 정기 보고 및 주요 현안 관리
   월별 운영현황을 작성·보고하고 주요 현안 및 이슈를 관리합니다.
8. 기타 업무
   비즈니스센터 운영 상황에 따라 기타 업무 및 추가 업무를 수행합니다.

C. 지원 자격:

·         한국 고등학교 졸업장 또는 졸업증명서 소지자 / 경영학, 경영관리 또는 관련 분야의 학사 학위 소지자 우대

·         관련 분야 1~2년의 경력 보유자

·         영어 구사 및 문서 작성 능력이 우수한 자

·         뛰어난 업무 조정 능력을 보유한 자

·         한국어 구사 및 문서 작성 능력이 우수한 자

·         Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PivotTable) 활용 능력이 우수한 자

·         말레이시아 근무가 가능한 한국인 지원자

A. About the Institution

We are a global business support organization dedicated to fostering the domestic and international rice-processed food industry and leading overseas market expansion. We operate a local hub (Business Center) to facilitate the entry of Korean food products into the Malaysian and ASEAN markets. Our core activities involve diverse global initiatives, including member product promotion, buyer matchmaking, local market intelligence, and support for local distribution and exports.

B. Key Responsibilities (Job Role)

1. Business Center & Product Management
   Oversee the overall operations of the Business Center and ensure proper management of exhibited products.
2. Member & Buyer Support
   Support visits by member companies and buyers, including product and business-related consultations.
3. Buyer Information & Consultation Management
   Maintain buyer information and systematically record and manage consultation details.
4. Online Promotion & Social Media Management
   Conduct online promotional activities through social media and other digital channels to promote Korean rice-processed food products and member companies’ products.
5. Local Market Research
   Conduct online and offline market research on the Malaysian rice-processed food market and distribution trends, and gather relevant market information.
6. Business Center Performance Management
   Record, monitor, and manage the operational performance and related documentation of the Business Center.
7. Regular Reporting & Issue Management
   Prepare and submit monthly operational reports and monitor key issues and developments.
8. Ad-hoc Duties
   Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned based on the operational needs of the Business Center.

C. Requirements:

·         Korean High School Diploma / Graduation Certificate / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or any relevant field preferred.

·         1–2 years of relevant working experience.

·         Good command of English, including both verbal and written communication.

·         Posses Good Coordination skills.

·         Proficient in Korean, including both verbal and written communication.

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and PivotTables.

·         Korean candidates who are willing to work in Malaysia.
