담당 제품 또는 설계 요소에 대한 결과물을 직접 만들고, 데이터를 바탕으로 기술적 문제를 해결하며, 다음 엔지니어링 직무로 성장할 기반을 쌓게 됩니다.

본 프로그램은 단순한 참관형 프로그램이 아닙니다. 빠르게 학습하고, 데이터를 활용하여 실제 비즈니스 문제를 해결하며, 측정 가능한 성과에 기여해야 합니다. 빠른 학습과 의미 있는 사업 과제 해결을 통해 향후 더 폭넓은 엔지니어링 리더 역할로 성장하고자 하는 인재를 위한 실무 중심의 리더십 개발 기회입니다.

What You Will Do

• 자동차용 커넥터 및 터미널의 제품 또는 설계 요소 개발
• 3D CAD 도면 작성 및 설계 검증 수행
• DFMEA, 설계 검증 계획 및 결과(DV Plan & Result), 변경점 관리 자료 작성
• 고객 요구 성능을 검토하고 제조를 고려한 설계(DFM)에 반영
• 제품 수명주기에 따른 VA/VE 활동을 통해 원가 경쟁력 개선
• 프로젝트 관리, 제조·공정기술, 시험, 품질, 구매, SCM 등과 협업하여 일정·원가·품질 목표 달성

Job Requirements

• 기계·재료·전기공학 또는 관련 분야 학사 학위
• 제품 개발 또는 관련 엔지니어링 분야에서 3년 이상의 실무 경험
• 3D CAD 활용 역량 및 구조 또는 열·전기 분야의 CAE 해석 이해와 활용 경험
• 유창한 한국어 구사 능력 및 업무 수행에 필요한 영어 능력 필수

우대 사항 기계·전기공학 분야 석사 학위, 자동차 부품 개발 및 설계 검증 경험
