주요 업무

• 영업 운영 및 매출 KPI 관리

• EDI 및 POS 운영 관리

• 재고 운영 및 상품 배분 지원

• 매장 운영 비용 및 판매 인력 현황 관리

• 일간/주간 매출 및 트래픽 리포트 작성

• RMIS 및 내부 시스템 데이터 관리

• 신규 매장 오픈, 리뉴얼 및 폐점 프로젝트 지원

• ERP, SAP, 주문 및 세금계산서 관련 업무 지원

자격 요건

• 학사 학위 이상

• Sales Operation 또는 Retail Operation 경력 1년 이상

• MS Office 활용 능력 (특히 Excel)

• 영어 커뮤니케이션 가능자

• 데이터 관리 및 리포팅 경험 보유자

우대 사항

• 럭셔리 또는 프리미엄 브랜드 경험

• 시계, 패션, 주얼리, 코스메틱 업계 경험

• SAP 또는 ERP 사용 경험

• 재고 및 상품 운영 경험

Position Overview

The Sales Coordinator supports sales administration and retail operations across department stores, wholesale partners, travel retail, outlets, and service channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily sales operations and KPI monitoring

• Manage EDI and POS administration

• Support inventory management and product allocation

• Monitor store expenses and staffing status

• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports

• Update RMIS and internal reporting systems

• Support store opening, renovation and closure projects

• Support ERP, SAP, ordering and invoicing processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above

• Minimum 1 years of Sales Operations or Retail Operations experience

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel

• Intermediate English communication skills

• Experience in reporting and data analysis

Preferred Qualifications

• Luxury or premium brand experience

• Watches, jewelry, fashion, or cosmetics industry experience

• SAP or ERP experience

• Inventory management experience
