Position Overview / 포지션 개요

This position is open to Korean and English speakers (Korean-only candidates may also be considered). The role offers remote work within Japan and will require occasional business travel to Korea. Visa sponsorship is available through Hays where applicable.

Responsibilities / 주요 업무

• Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise data platforms

  기업 데이터 플랫폼의 설계, 구축 및 운영 지원

• Develop and manage ETL pipelines

  ETL 파이프라인 개발 및 운영

• Build and optimize data models and analytics environments

  데이터 모델 및 분석 환경 구축·최적화

• Support data solutions utilizing Microsoft Fabric and Power BI

  Microsoft Fabric 및 Power BI 기반 데이터 솔루션 지원

• Assist with integrations between AI platforms and various data sources

  AI 플랫폼과 다양한 데이터 소스 간 연동 지원

• Collaborate with stakeholders and business teams to gather and address requirements

  비즈니스 부서 및 이해관계자와 협업하여 요구사항 수집 및 대응

Requirements / 지원 자격

Mandatory Qualifications / 필수 자격

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer

  데이터 엔지니어 경력 3~5년

• Experience in ETL pipeline development, data modeling, and analytics platform support

  ETL 개발, 데이터 모델링 및 분석 플랫폼 운영 경험

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, including:

  Microsoft Fabric 활용 경험

  • Data Factory
  • Dataflows Gen2
  • Lakehouse
  • SQL Analytics Endpoint

• Experience with Power BI, including:

  Power BI 활용 경험

  • Semantic Models
  • DAX
  • Power Query M

• Strong SQL skills

  뛰어난 SQL 활용 역량

• Native-level Korean proficiency

  원어민 수준의 한국어 능력

• Business-level English communication skills (written and spoken)

  비즈니스 수준의 영어 커뮤니케이션 능력 (문서 작성 및 회화)

Preferred Qualifications / 우대 사항

• Experience using Python for data transformation and processing

  Python을 활용한 데이터 가공 및 처리 경험

• Knowledge of or experience with MCP server architecture and AI platform integrations

  MCP 서버 아키텍처 및 AI 플랫폼 연동 경험 또는 관련 지식

• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry

  제약 또는 헬스케어 산업 경험

• Experience handling commercial data such as Sales, HCP, or Consent data

  Sales, HCP, Consent 등 상업 데이터 활용 경험

• Ability to work from the office when required

  필요 시 오피스 출근 가능자
