주요 업무

• 제품 수입 일정 및 입출고 시스템 등 물류 프로세스의 전반적인 관리를 합니다.
• 국내외 관세 규정 준수 및 통관 리드타임 최적화를 위해 관세사 및 운송업체와 협력합니다.
• 통관 서류 및 지정 기관 행정 처리에 대응합니다.
• 일일 출고 주문을 처리하고, 피킹 리스트(picking list)를 생성하며, 배송 라벨을 출력합니다.
• 시약 제품을 정확하게 피킹 및 포장하여 지역 고객에게 발송합니다.
• 적시의 비용 효율적인 배송이 이루어지도록 배송 일정을 조정하고 관리합니다.
• 배송 관련 오류나 지연 발생 시 이를 해결합니다.
• 주문 현황, 배송 일정 및 잠재적 문제 사항에 대해 적시에 정보를 제공합니다.
• 배송 리드타임 등 효율성 향상 및 비용 절감을 위해 공급망 프로세스를 최적화합니다.
• 공급업체, 운송 업체 및 창고 운영팀과 긴밀히 협력합니다.
• SAP 및 Excel을 활용한 주문, 재고 및 배송 데이터를 관리합니다.
• 포장재 및 소모품 적정 재고 관리 및 발주합니다.
• 배송일정 등 물류 프로세스 관련 고객 문의에 적절히 대응합니다.
• 필요 시 재고 관리 및 창고 운영 업무를 지원합니다.
• 상급자가 배정한 기타 관련 업무를 수행합니다.

자격 요건

1. 무역‧물류 관리 또는 관련 분야 전문학사 이상 학위 소지자
2. 영어 또는 중국어를 활용한 비즈니스 커뮤니케이션 가능자 (Written and verbal)
3. 다양한 이해관계자의 의도를 정확히 파악하고 업무 관계를 효과적으로 조율할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 역량 보유자
4. 이슈 발생 시 선제적 공유와 신속한 문제 해결을 통해 높은 만족도를 이끌어내는 고객 중심 태도 보유자

우대사항

1. 바이오 의약품 및 연구용 시약 물류 운영 및 위험물/검역 품목 취급 경험자
2. 바이오의약품 또는 시약판매업계 수출입 등 물류 관리 분야 경험
3. 수입 통관, 동물검역 및 관련 규제 대응 경험자
4. 물류/무역 관련 자격증 소지자 (예: 물류관리사 등)

Full Job Description

MedChemExpress is a company with a global reputation in the chemical and biochemical research market, specializing in the development of new life science reagents, standard compounds, active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), and natural compounds.

MedChemExpress is hiring a Logistics Specialist in Korea. This is a full-time position with opportunities for internal promotion. You must be legally able to work in Korea.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall logistics processes, including product import schedules and inbound/outbound systems.
• Collaborate with customs brokers and carriers to ensure compliance with domestic and international customs regulations and to optimize customs clearance lead times.
• Handle customs documentation and administrative procedures with relevant agencies.
• Process daily outbound orders, generate picking lists, and print shipping labels.
• Accurately pick, pack, and ship reagent products to local customers.
• Coordinate and manage shipping schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Resolve issues related to shipping errors or delays.
• Provide timely updates on order status, shipping schedules, and potential issues.
• Optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency (e.g., reducing shipping lead times) and cut costs.
• Work closely with suppliers, carriers, and warehouse operations teams.
• Manage order, inventory, and shipping data using SAP and Excel.
• Manage inventory levels and place orders for packaging materials and consumables.
• Respond appropriately to customer inquiries regarding logistics processes, such as shipping schedules.
• Support inventory management and warehouse operations as needed.
• Perform other related tasks assigned by supervisors.

Job requirements ：

1. Holders of an associate's degree or higher in trade/logistics management or a related field
2. Business communication in English or Chinese (written and verbal)
3. Strong communication skills capable of accurately grasping diverse stakeholder intentions and building effective professional relationships
4. Ability to foster strong customer loyalty and satisfaction through proactive information sharing and effective problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in logistics operations for bio-medical and research reagents, including the handling of hazardous materials and quarantine-regulated items
2. Experience in logistics management, including import and export of biopharmaceuticals or reagent sales industry
3. Experienced in import customs clearance, animal quarantine, and response to related regulations
4. Possession of relevant logistics or trade certifications (e.g., Certified Logistics Manager)
5. Proficiency in SAP (please specify the ERP system used in your resume/CV, if applicable)
