담당 업무
- 펀드 설립·결성 및 운용 실무 전반
- 투자 대상 산업 및 기업 분석
- IM 작성, 실사, 기업가치평가(Valuation)
- 투자구조 설계 및 투자계약 검토
- 출자사업 및 기존 펀드 LP 관리·대응
- 투자 이후 사후관리
자격요건
- 관련 경력 3~5년
- 증권사 IB·IPO(ECM), PE, 캐피탈/신기술금융, 연기금·공제회 LP 업무 등 금융권 투자 관련 경력자
- 기업 전략/M&A/투자 관련 경력자
우대사항
- CPA, CFA 등 투자 관련 자격 보유자
