주요업무

• Retail Tenant Management
• 임대차 계약 협상, 재계약 및 연간 인상 진행
• 임대차 계약서 작성 및 Tenant 업무 환경 제고를 위한 자문
• Monthly report 작성 (Client 대상)
• 월별 손익 보고
• 월별 PM 자료 분석 및 계획, Leasing 관련 보고
• 예산 수립(연간)
• 그 외 자산 운영관련 업무 및 각종 보고서 작성 진행

자격 요건

• 3년 이상의 부동산 PM 관련 경력 (Property management – 리테일 임대차 관리 경험 선호)
• 부동산 자산의 가치를 증진하고 수익을 관리하는 능력
• 건물/자산에 대한 물리적 이해도를 갖추신 분
• 고객사 및 임차인과의 소통 및 협상을 원활하게 이끌어갈 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 능력
• 부동산 트렌드 및 산업 전반에 대한 이해도가 높은 분

우대사항

• 부동산 PM (자산관리) 관련 경력 보유 우대
• 비즈니스 영어 커뮤니케이션 가능자 및 운전면허 소지자 우대
• 경기도 용인 지역 근무가 가능하신 분 우대
