본 포지션은 전시팀 소속으로, 전시회의 성공적인 기획과 운영을 위해 참가사 유치 및 세일즈 업무를 중점적으로 수행합니다.

[업무 범위]

홈·테이블데코페어 및 더메종 참가사 유치 세일즈

• 주요 영업 카테고리: 토탈리빙 70%, 테이블웨어 30%

• 영업 제안서 및 기획서 작성

• 전시회의 핵심 가치(Value Proposition)와 매출 목표에 대한 이해 및 실행

• 산업 밸류체인 분석을 통한 잠재 고객 발굴 및 신규 참가사 유치

• 전시 참가, 부스, 스폰서십 등 다양한 전시 상품 제안 및 계약 체결

[전시 운영]

• 전시회 운영 전반 지원

• 참가사 관리 및 지속적인 커뮤니케이션

• RX 내부 글로벌팀, 마케팅팀, Customer Success팀 등 유관 부서와의 협업

[자격 요건]

• 전시 또는 영업 관련 경력 3년 이상

• 인테리어 및 리빙 산업에 대한 높은 관심과 이해

• 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력과 문제 해결 역량

• 중급 이상의 영어 커뮤니케이션 능력

• MS Word, PowerPoint, 한글 등 기본적인 문서 작성 능력
