• Steam 글로벌 사업 전략: Steam 플랫폼 기반 신규 PC/콘솔 타이틀의 글로벌 퍼블리싱 및 런칭 전략 수립, 실행
• 플랫폼 최적화 및 프로모션 리딩: Steam 상점 페이지(Storefront) 최적화, 위시리스트(Wishlist) 확보 캠페인, Steam Next Fest 및 대규모 할인 프로모션 기획/운영
• 글로벌 런칭 프로세스 및 일정 관리: 개발, QA, 현지화, 마케팅 등 사내외 유관 부서와의 협업을 통한 런칭 마일스톤 및 리스크 관리
• 데이터 기반 비즈니스 인사이트 도출: 글로벌 유저 동향, 마켓 트렌드, 세일즈 데이터 분석을 통한 라이브 서비스 개선 및 BM 고도화
• 커뮤니티 및 유저 소통 전략 수립: Steam Community, Discord 등 글로벌 유저 채널 운영 정책 수립

필요역량

• PC/콘솔 플랫폼 게임 사업, 서비스 기획, 마케팅 등의 유관 업무 경력이 5년 이상이신 분
• 게임의 글로벌 런칭 준비부터 라이브 서비스까지 전체 사이클을 리딩해 보신 분
• 글로벌 PC 패키지 게임 시장 및 Steam 플랫폼 생태계에 대한 이해도가 높으신 분
• 논리적인 사고를 바탕으로 데이터를 분석하고, 사업적인 방향성을 제시할 수 있는 분
• 유관 부서 및 외부 파트너(개발사 등)와 원활한 커뮤니케이션 및 협업을 이끌어낼 수 있는 분

우대사항

• 외국어(영어, 일본어, 중국어 등) 비즈니스 커뮤니케이션이 원활하신 분 (글로벌 파트너 협업 필수)
• Steam 플랫폼을 통한 게임 런칭 및 라이브 서비스 풀사이클 경험을 보유하신 분
• 해외 게임쇼(Gamescom, PAX 등) 참가 및 글로벌 단위의 프로모션 리딩 경험이 있으신 분
• PC 게임 소싱 및 외부 퍼블리싱 파트너십 체결 검토 경험이 있으신 분

기타 안내사항

• (면접) 전형일정 및 결과에 대해서는 이메일을 통해 안내드립니다.
