Retail Executive는 백화점, 면세점, 홀세일 및 기타 리테일 채널의 영업 및 운영 전반을 지원하며, 매출 성장 및 효율적인 매장 운영을 통해 비즈니스 성과 향상에 기여하는 역할입니다.

주요 업무

1. 비즈니스 및 영업 관리

• 담당 채널의 월간 및 연간 매출 목표 달성 지원
• 매장별 매출 데이터 및 KPI 분석
• 세일즈 활성화를 위한 프로모션 및 영업 액션 플랜 실행
• 소비자 트렌드, 경쟁사 동향 및 시장 환경 모니터링
• 고객군 분석을 통한 비즈니스 기회 발굴
• 리테일 퍼포먼스 개선 활동 지원

2. 리테일 운영 관리

• 매장 운영 현황 및 판매 인력 관리 지원
• 판매사원 교육 및 인력 운영 계획 지원
• 고객 문의 및 운영 이슈 대응
• 적정 재고 수준 유지 및 재고 정확도 관리
• 보안 규정 및 운영 프로세스 준수 관리
• VMD 및 브랜드 가이드라인 실행 점검
• 매장 운영 관련 주요 이슈 본사 보고 및 개선 지원

3. POS 및 프로젝트 지원

• 신규 오픈, 리뉴얼, 이전 및 폐점 프로젝트 지원
• 백화점 및 면세점 거래처와의 커뮤니케이션
• 내부 유관 부서와의 협업 및 업무 조율
• 리테일 네트워크 운영 관련 행정 업무 수행

자격 요건

• 학사 학위 이상
• 리테일 운영, 세일즈 운영 또는 매장 운영 경력 2~3년 이상
• 백화점 영업 또는 운영 경험 필수
• 고객 응대 및 서비스 경험 보유자
• 비즈니스 영어 커뮤니케이션 가능자
• Microsoft Office 활용 능력 보유자
• 원활한 커뮤니케이션 및 대인관계 역량 보유자

Key Responsibilities

Business & Sales Management

• Support the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor retail performance and key business KPIs.
• Execute commercial action plans and sales initiatives.
• Analyze customer segments and identify business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, tourism, and competitor activities.
• Support retail performance improvement initiatives.

Retail Operations

• Support daily store operations and retail staff management.
• Assist with staffing plans and retail team development.
• Follow up on sales inquiries and operational matters.
• Manage inventory levels and support stock accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with security and operational procedures.
• Monitor execution of brand and visual merchandising standards.
• Escalate and report operational issues impacting business performance.

POS & Retail Projects

• Support store opening, renovation, relocation, and closure projects.
• Coordinate communication with department stores and duty-free operators.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across functions.
• Support retail network administration and project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in retail operations, sales operations, or store management.
• Experience in department store operations is required.
• Customer-facing retail experience.
• Intermediate level English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
