- To Build and maintain strong Customer Relationship in the Domestic as well as in the International market and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
- To Monitor the performance of the tenders and tender biddings and prepare strategies for the Improvements
- To Monitor the KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for the Management
- To maintain data security and confidentiality
- To Provide reports to the Director on a timely basis
