What they need
- Develop and implement the companys IT strategy and technology roadmap.
- Manage the complete IT department and IT team.
- Maintain and monitor servers, computers, networks, internet, Wi-Fi, and IT infrastructure.
- Ensure maximum system uptime and availability.
- Manage ERP, CRM, HRMS, accounting, and other business applications.
- Oversee software installation, upgrades, integration, and maintenance.
- Ensure data security, cybersecurity, and access control.
- Manage data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
- Establish and implement IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
- Provide effective IT support to all departments and users.
- Monitor and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues.
- Manage IT vendors, AMC contracts, software licenses, and service providers.
- Prepare and control the IT budget and expenditure.
- Identify opportunities for IT cost reduction and process automation.
- Lead new IT projects and technology implementations.
- Ensure proper IT asset management and inventory control.
- Conduct regular IT audits, risk assessments, and security reviews.
- Ensure compliance with applicable IT, data protection, and cybersecurity requirements.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate IT staff.
- Define IT team roles, responsibilities, and KPIs.
- Coordinate with management and different departments to understand technology requirements.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve business efficiency.
- Prepare regular IT performance and management reports.
- Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company data.
- Handle major IT incidents, security breaches, and system failures.
