IT Systems Analyst (WMS)

Franmax is a company providing IT services to retail chains owned by MAXIMA GRUPĖ in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Bulgaria.

MAXIMA GRUPĖ is the largest Lithuanian retail business operating in the Baltic States. MAXIMA GRUPĖ also conducts e-commerce activities - the company operates the online grocery store BARBORA in all Baltic countries.

We’re looking for an IT Systems Analyst (Warehouse Management System) to join the FRANMAX team.

We are looking for a colleague who ideally has:

• Previous experience as a Business Systems Analyst, IT Business Analyst, IT consultant or in a similar role.
• Experience working with complex WMS solutions and has a solid understanding of enterprise business systems and their operating principles.
• Proven experience in gathering, documenting and analyzing business requirements and processes, with the ability to translate business needs into practical system solutions.
• Good understanding of system integration concepts and principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
• Strong understanding of business processes; knowledge of retail, e-commerce, logistics 3PL principles would be considered a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of WMS software and hardware concepts and ability to tackle its problems is a plus.

Your responsibilities will include:

• You will work with Warehouse management system solutions and act as the link between business needs, key users, internal and external development teams.
• You will analyze business processes and requirements, gather and refine business needs and help translate them into clear technical tasks and solutions.
• You will be involved throughout the entire solution lifecycle - from process and requirements analysis to testing and deployment.
• You will evaluate whether delivered solutions function as intended, both from a business process and technical perspective.
• You will support and participate in occasional WMS implementation projects across Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Bulgaria.
