Role Overview

We are looking for a Web Analytics Specialist with strong hands-on experience in GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage website analytics, tracking, tagging, and data collection.
• Strong hands-on implementation and troubleshooting of GA4 & GTM.
• Manage events, conversions, parameters, and tracking configurations.
• Perform data validation, tracking audits, and troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Analyze website performance and user behavior to provide actionable insights.
• Create reports/dashboards and support analytics requirements for global clients.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define and implement measurement solutions.

Must Have

• 4+ years of dedicated Web/Digital Analytics experience.
• In-depth experience with GA4 & GTM.
• Strong data management and analytics implementation experience.
• Experience in tracking, tagging, data validation, and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Important: This is a specialized Web Analytics role. Candidates with primarily Performance Marketing / Paid Media experience who only have basic GA4/GTM exposure will not be considered.

Good to Have

SQL / BigQuery, Looker Studio, Power BI, Adobe Analytics, Data Layer & JavaScript tracking.
