Are you a Speech-Language Pathologist looking for a full-time, school-based position with a supportive team and a consistent school-calendar schedule?

We are seeking a full-time SLP to provide services in a school setting near Springfield, TN. This is an opportunity to work directly with students while collaborating with teachers, families, and other members of the educational team.

Position Details

• Full-time, in-person position
• 37.5 hours per week / 7.5 hours per day
• School-based caseload of approximately 50–60 students
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services
• Serve as a member of students' educational teams
• Participate in IEP meetings and related school-based responsibilities
• Monitor student progress and maintain appropriate documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, families, special education staff, and other school personnel
• Follow the school calendar, with school breaks and holidays off
• ASAP start date

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Tennessee SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
