Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to manage international client projects, coordinate resources, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills to drive project success.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects.

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope.

• Ensure resource availability and allocation.

• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.

• Report and escalate to management as needed.

• Manage the relationship with the client (International Clients).

• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

• Use and continually develop leadership skills.

Requirements:

• Proven working experience in project coordination.

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

• Bachelor s Degree in IT field or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in any discipline (B.Tech, BCA, MCA preferred)
