Technical Service Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Perform installation and configuration of NexLabs hardware devices and software applications for client projects
2. Provide technical support to clients for usage and troubleshooting
3. Perform maintenance on the NexLabs hardware and software deployed at customer sites
4. Assist in setting up demonstrations of NexLabs products to potential clients
5. Test and evaluate new hardware and software for future projects

Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Science & Technology or Engineering (Electrical/Electronic)
2. Up-to-date knowledge of Windows and computer networking
3. Experience in setting up or troubleshooting Android devices would be very useful
4. Familiarity with IT equipment related to Digital Signage, Internet-of-Things, Visitor Kiosks and Door Intercoms would also be helpful
5. Good technical, analytical, interpersonal and organization skills
6. Able to communicate clearly, polite and friendly manner, both written and verbal
7. Ability to work well with others, as well as independently
8. Attention to details
9. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a small business environment.
