Hiring: HR Contractor | 36 Months | Noida

Jupiter AI Labs is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Contractor to support our HR operations and recruitment activities for a 36 month contract period.

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Shift Timings: 9:30 am 7 pm (Monday - Saturday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate with hiring managers for further interview rounds.
• Manage joining, onboarding, documentation, and employee records.
• Maintain and update HR trackers, attendance records, and recruitment databases.
• Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns.
• Assist with offer letters, joining formalities, exit formalities, and other HR documentation.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Prepare regular recruitment and HR operation reports for management.
• Ensure smooth coordination between candidates, employees, and internal teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 13 years of experience in HR Operations and Recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar hiring platforms.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic HR documentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
