Maintain customer outstanding reports. Accounts Payable Maintain supplier/vendor outstanding balances. Verify supplier invoices before payment. Prepare payment schedules. GST & Tax Compliance Maintain GST-related records. Coordinate GST returns and tax payments. Verify purchase/sales invoices for GST accuracy. Salary & Payroll Support Prepare salary-related data. Maintain deductions, advances, incentives, and attendance records. Stock & Invoice Verification Coordinate with stores for stock-related accounting. Verify purchase invoices against received goods. Identify billing or stock discrepancies. Expense Management Record showroom and office expenses. Verify bills and payment vouchers. Monitor expenses against approved budgets. Daily/Monthly Reports Prepare daily sales reports. Prepare cash, bank, outstanding, purchase, and expense reports. Support monthly closing of accounts. Audit & Documentation Maintain invoices, vouchers, receipts, and financial records. Provide documents required for internal/statutory audits. Ensure proper filing and record keeping.
