Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on pending bills and invoices not reflected in GSTR-2B.
• Assist in reconciliation and work related to GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B.
• Support GST-related accounting and compliance activities.
• Assist in TDS on GST-related workings and documentation.
• Check and maintain GST notices, communications, and related records.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for invoice corrections and GST compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
• Prepare and update MIS reports related to GST and taxation activities.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned accounting and GST tasks.
• Support departmental audits and provide required data and documents.
