Account Executive

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and records using Tally.
• Record purchase, sales, receipt, payment, journal, and expense transactions accurately.
• Handle basic accounting activities, including ledger posting, bank reconciliation, vouchers, and maintaining books of accounts.
• Prepare and maintain GST-related entries and records, including sales and purchase data.
• Assist in GST return preparation and filing and ensure timely compliance.
• Handle TDS entries, deductions, and basic TDS compliance.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for GST, TDS, and other accounting transactions.
• Verify invoices, bills, supporting documents, and accounting entries for accuracy.
• Assist in preparation of monthly accounting reports and statements.
• Coordinate with the senior accounts team for reconciliations, statutory compliance, and financial documentation.
• Ensure timely updating of accounting records and maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Required Skills:

• Working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
• Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and basic office applications.
• Good numerical, documentation, and record-keeping skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
