Job Description:

Ivy International School is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountancy Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the Company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling daily accounting entries and bookkeeping
• Managing fee records, vouchers, receipts, and invoices
• Maintaining accounts data and financial documentation
• Assisting in salary processing and expense management
• Coordinating with administration and HR department
• Bank reconciliation and record maintenance
• Preparing financial reports and supporting audits
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation procedures preferred
• Maintaining confidentiality of financial records

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounts preferred
• Minimum 1–2 years of accounting experience
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Tally, and accounting software
• Good communication and organizational skills
• School accounting experience will be an added advantage
